9 August 2005 07:38 pmhe is a poet - he sees things other people don't;
he has the capability of describing the indescribable,
of penetrating the soul like nobody else can,
of putting in words the very essence of our being,
of living a life devoted to unconditional love -
I wonder if all poets are like this?
The days are returning to their normal rhythm; getting up when it's still morning (not getting up at night and calling it morning), going to sleep after having read one or two chapters in The Line of Beauty. The rhythm is normal, but there is something missing too. I'm at ease, yes, but I remain in need of a couple of vital answers. I'll get them, I have to confide in that.
My shoulder's doing great, I can undo my own shirts right now! I'm such a big boy! My leg hurts a bit now - I think it needs some attention. The rice-sucking bastards at China Airlines wanted to charge me 80€ more for my flight unless I let my ticket be printed before September 1. There is no big difference, I guess. As long as I can choose when I return...
